USPS Change Of Address Form

When you are moving to a new apartment you have to alert the post office for your mail.

Stop by the post office and fill out a change of address form or login to www.usps.com to do it online.

You can change your address weeks in advance.

Your mail will not be redirected until the date that you write down on the change of address slip.

Another suggestion if you plan to say in town for a while while you move from apartment to apartment is to get a PO Box.  use the PO Box as your mailing address this way your mail will not be interupted in between moves.
